These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of 01 Ethos ("the App"), developed by Infinity Team ("we", "us"). By downloading or using 01 Ethos, you agree to these Terms.
01 Ethos is a personal behavior monitor and AI analyst. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the App complies with local laws.
IMPORTANT: 01 Ethos is NOT a medical device, a healthcare service, or a replacement for professional therapy or addiction counseling. The AI interpretations and pattern analyses are generated automatically for self-reflection and entertainment purposes only.
Do not rely on 01 Ethos for medical advice, diagnosis, or clinical support. If you are experiencing a crisis or struggling with addiction, please consult with a qualified healthcare professional or licensed therapist immediately.
01 Ethos operates on a "Zero-Knowledge" architecture. We do not have access to your behavior logs, notes, or AI results. Your data belongs exclusively to you and stays on your device. We are not responsible for data loss from your device due to technical failure or app deletion.
Some features require a monthly subscription ("01 Ethos Pro"). Payments are processed via Apple's App Store. Fees are non-refundable through us; any refund requests must be directed to Apple.
The App's code, design, and branding are the property of Infinity Team. The underlying AI model weights are used in accordance with their respective public licenses.
Infinity Team shall not be liable for any damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App. Use of the App is at your own risk.
We may update these terms from time to time by updating the date on this page. Continued use of 01 Ethos signifies your acceptance of any changes.
